Struggling with fatigue, joint pain, hypertension, and hormonal imbalances, I embraced a holistic approach involving lifestyle, mindset, and nutrition. This not only helped me overcome high blood pressure and the symptoms from chronic Lyme disease and Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, but also led to a profound personal transformation. I successfully shed 35 pounds, maintained the weight loss, and regained my zest for life.
Now, I dedicate myself to guiding midlife women on their paths to rejuvenation.
